Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements may be considered solely for:

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Items damaged during transit

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

9. Certificates of Analysis & Documentation

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and related documentation, when available, are provided by third-party laboratories or suppliers for informational purposes only.

Helix Research Supply does not independently verify or guarantee third-party documentation.

You acknowledge that laboratory research materials may involve inherent risks. By purchasing from Helix Research Supply, you assume full responsibility for:
